I had the
pleasure of working with Ron, of Summertree Builders, on several large projects; 2 of which were charity show-homes.
In all my years of experience, no one has ever exceeded my expectations like Ron. He not only does
what he says he’ll do, he meets his schedule deadlines. In the unpredictable construction world,
that is quite an accomplishment. He is responsive and resourceful; but better than that, he is pro-active.
He will tackle a situation head on instead of reacting or dealing with it later. I look forward
to working with Ron on future projects and hope he will someday build my dream house!

We had a loft which we used as a playroom. After a lot of number crunching
and interviewing of builders, we found THE BEST builder to transform our loft into a third bedroom!!! Ron DuDonis,
from Summertree Builders, carved a week in his busy schedule for our little project. This man is not just a builder, he's
an expert craftsman. He single-handedly built a bedroom in five days! His attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism
were impressive. What I appreciated the most was the care he took to limit the disruption to our home and daily life (mess,
noise, timing, etc.). This was especially important with two kids.

He finished our basement. Gave us great ideas to help us get the basement
done. Very thorough. In the past he has done our decks outside which are quite large, and added custom 1x6 t&g
wood on the ceilings in two of our rooms. Ron did a GREAT job.
